CH Engineering, PLLC was founded in 2000 by Maha Chambliss, P.E. and Tom Hepler, P.E., P.L.S., for the purpose of providing quality engineering and land surveying services throughout the Carolinas. Our management philosophy is to stay small enough that the senior partners can be intimately involved with day to day firm operations while employing only highly experienced personnel at the Professional Level. This operating philosophy allows CH Engineering clients to receive the management attention they deserve while their projects are executed by seasoned personnel experienced in the specific type of work required by their project. CH Engineering believes that the best quality control is provided by the hands on involvement in each project of registered professionals with extensive experience in the type of work being done. When you have a project with CH Engineering you won’t see a lot of fresh, young faces just out of college. Our management philosophy works, and CH Engineering has as a consequence developed a satisfied client base consisting of State agencies, universities, municipalities, counties, architects, real estate developers, and other consulting engineering firms. The CH Engineering staff includes 10 licensed professionals including 5 Professional Engineers, 4 licensed Professional Land Surveyors and 1 professional licensed as both Engineer and as Land Surveyor. CH Engineering has engineers and surveyors licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
