Qualifications

The qualifications a firm brings to any surveying project are the sum of the knowledge and experience of its staff and the quality of the equipment that the staff use. CH Engineering has recruited an outstanding surveying staff and provided that staff with state of the art equipment and training.

Training & Equipment

  1. Crews are trained in NCDOT, SCDOT and OSHA safety operations. We also offer personnel trained and certified in On-Track Worker Safety.

  2. Crews are equipped with Leica TCR 702 Auto reflectorless total stations, with 2-second accuracy, and Topcon Hyperlite Pro GPS. Data collection provided via TDS Ranger data collectors with TDS Survey Pro software.

  3. Crews use 4x4 extended cab trucks with utility cabs and are also equipped with conventional survey equipment such as differential levels, metal locators, and standard tools.

  4. We are equipped with Metrotech 810, Vactron Vacuum Trailer,  and Sure Lock SUE equipment for performing Level A, B and C SUE surveys.
